Mustafa Ahmed Story
At the heart of Michigan, a small family business is preserving tradition while making a global impact. AlQuds Orchard is where entrepreneurship meets heritage. Since 2018, this Palestinian family-owned business has partnered with farmers in Palestine to bring bold, authentic flavors to kitchens across the U.S. From first-harvest olive oil to sun-dried figs and sweet Medjool dates, every product shares a piece of Palestinian soil — cultivated with care, harvested with hope.
Founder Mustafa shares:
“Every time a customer chooses our olive oil, they’re supporting not only our family here, but farmers in Palestine who rely on these partnerships for their livelihood. We’re connected by the land, by the flavors, and by the purpose.”
Rooted in fair trade, sustainability, and cultural pride, AlQuds Orchard offers curated goods that respect the land and honor the people behind each harvest. These products don’t just taste good — they do good.
But growth requires more than passion — it needs structure. That’s where Tejara stepped in. “One concept from the Tejara course that truly resonated with me was ‘building systems, not just hustle,’” Mustafa says. “I thought working harder was the only way to grow. But learning to implement scalable systems — like integrated inventory and ecommerce — helped me work smarter. Tejara reminded me that true success isn’t about doing everything yourself — it’s about building something that can thrive even when you step back.”
