Our Mission
Tejara is committed to empowering MENA American, immigrant, and underrepresented entrepreneurs by providing access to resources, education, mentorship, and funding. We foster an inclusive environment where innovation, collaboration, and business growth can thrive. We aim to break down barriers and create sustainable pathways to economic independence and success.
Our Vision
We envision a future where first- and second-generation immigrant entrepreneurs are recognized as key drivers of economic innovation and prosperity. Through strategic partnerships, cutting-edge programs, and a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem, Tejara seeks to create a thriving community that champions diversity, resilience, and business leadership.
Our History
Tejara was founded as an extension of the American Arab Chamber of Commerce’s longstanding commitment to advancing business opportunities for Arab American entrepreneurs. Established in 1992, the American Arab Chamber of Commerce has played a pivotal role in connecting MENA American businesses with national and global markets. Tejara builds upon this legacy.
